A couple weeks ago, I made a call out to y’all: “Show me yours, and I’ll show you mine“. I was kissing winter goodbye and –as we patted on the ass on the way out the door–I wanted to see any winter photos you were interested in sharing. Well I finally made it through the couple thousand or more that came in. And whoa. Some great stuff – thanks so much for sharing the inspiration. In an attempt to pay it forward and as a tribute to your work we whipped up a little “must see” gallery of some of our favs.

Great idea, Chase! There is some really good work in that gallery. Even though it’s still sort of cold where I am, today I actually missed winter for a moment(a brief moment).

Great shots everyone! #4, #17, #29 are may favorites. They go beyond just a “cool looking image”, they triggered an immediate, genuine emotion when viewing them. That is what I strive to do with my photography anyways. Well done.

Thanks to you and the jury for following through on this, even though you guys have been super busy. It means a lot to the CJ community. I’m so happy one of my shots made it (27) and thanks to everyone who contributed.
