love this thing, must have
Anyone know if they might make these for full frame cameras?
Lensbaby makes lenses dedicated for dSLR’s. The Composer pro is my top choice for the every day walk around photographer
I have a Tilt Transformer for my Panasonic GH1 and have had some nice pictures out of it, the way you can skew the focus is amazing.
I think the issue with the Tilt Transformer on full frame or even APS-C DSLRs is that there isn’t enough room for the Lens and the adaptor because of the space occupied by the mirror box. You’d need to use something like the Lensbaby Composer that Sam has mentioned but this does not allow the use of other lenses.
Cheryl,Thanks for your kind comments. I sense you are a pneart that shares from your heart and soul as well. Remember, we are all in this together. If you ever have any questions we would love to hear from you. Stay well and remember, you are the largest positive force within your childs life.
What is different about it over using the Composer that allows you to define the sweet spot of sharpness and let the rest blur? (Other than allowing you to attach to a micro 4-3 camera of course…) just wonderin’
Looks more like the new Edge 80 Bren. A SLICE of focus versus the radial blur of the traditional LB.
Oh and I meant to say… this is for use on m 4/3 cams…. the Edge 80 is what you would use with your Canon gear to get the same slice of focus look.
Thanks, John – I realized it was for 4/3 cams, but the Edge 80 – I have to check into that one – I’m a little behind on all the new great stuff Lensbaby has come out with!
Loved your pics Erik!
v cool! I just switched to canon though, and as a food photographer this would be awesome. I like to shoot live and not do much post, and a $2000 tilt shift lens is out of my budget. any idea on how to make this work for a canon?
I believe you can get a similar effect with your Canon by using the Lensbaby Edge 80.
Great photos Erik! I especially like #9 – it really shows how the “slice” of focus works in three dimensional space.
To answer Steve & Earl’s question, we currently offer an 80mm tilt optic for the our line of SLR lenses. Check it out!
Thanks,
Michael
Heh, Michael – thanks for the link – I’m a bit behind on the cool new LB stuff and your optical simulator for the Edge 80 really showed how cool it can be. Gonna have to get me one…
Love Shot #9! Totally cool near to far focus!
Love the b&w space needle shot.
9 and I can’t decide if 2 or 10 are the frames. Many thanks for share, hope Lens Baby people have plans to make some adapter for the new Fuji x 1 Pro. All the best
Pics are really very good, nice work.
I must try this lens, brings me back when I used to enjoy using my 4×5 view camera!
Stunning photos Erik and a very nice and cheap way of achieving these Tilt&Shift results! No 9 is my favorite shot, it’s just awesome!
Brilliant piece of equipment can’t wait to get my hands on it!
Nice images.
What makes me sad is all people look for in a shift lens nowadays is a tool to make out of focus images. It would be soo great to see more people using shift lenses and tools to make properly focused images with extended depth of focus and corrected convergent lines… That would be nice!
great effect on the images…. makes them look real photoshopped even though the focus is real. guess could be great for some fashion shots.
will have a look into it

Nice pictures!
For those who really want to try this on the very cheap, remove your lens from your body and just hold the lens in front of your camera, tilting it with your hand. Just make sure your hand cups around whatever gap you might have as it would cause a light leek.
sweet!
For less than the price of the lens baby, you could just get one of the Canon Elphs that
has fake miniature effect (tilt shift).
This effect can also be done after
the pic is taken, in Photoshop.
Sorry for the 2nd comment. I wasn’t
sure if it was possible to edit my first
comment. If you have a regular photo,
and you also have the Instagram app,
you can load in your image and add
the tilt shift effect, for free. I realize
that by doing this you aren’t immediately
seeing the image, but it is however another
way to add the effect, and very cost
effective.
Awesome pics, Eric !!!!
Brillant piece and equipment and pics are so awesome!
Eric, what lens is that on your EP-3? I’m STRONGLY considering it or the EP-2 and I’m trying to figure out what lenses would be nice for it. Also, in your opinion, is there a big difference in the two?
I just sold my canon cam because I wanted to buy a new nikon cam, but someone tells me, sony is good. Which is which really? Can you please give me some recommendation. I am not a professional photographer I just love taking pictures while travelling. What is best for me? Thanks.

One thing is one of the most frequent incentives for making use of your card is a cash-back as well as rebate supply. Generally, you will get 1-5% back on various acquisitions. Depending on the card, you may get 1% back again on most expenses, and 5% again on expenses made going to convenience stores, filling stations, grocery stores as well as ‘member merchants’.
I know this if off topic but I’m looking into starting my own weblog and was wondering what all is required to get set up? I’m assuming having a blog like yours would cost a pretty penny? I’m not very internet savvy so I’m not 100% certain. Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers
